Our Ballistic Metal Stainless Steel Hinged Locking Ankle Restraint Cuffs are a work of art!  They're smooth, sleek and just plain awesome looking!  Our stainless cuffs features a barrel lock on the cuff that includes an attached D-ring for a leash, lead, rope, etc...  We have these in 2 versions, with and without a length of chain connecting them.   The edges are sanded smooth for comfort when wearing.   Includes (2) keys.
